Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?

That’s odd, because Nagarro hires candidates to bench and based on the client interview only the candidates get the project allocated. Maybe they realized that there are already enough resources in bench for java backend. Not sure.
But yea, don’t lose hope, start attending interviews in other companies. Maybe before your LWD, the HR might reach out and release the offer letter, but don’t rely on that.
In conclusion,
1. Make up your mind that you don’t have an offer from Nagarro, coz you don’t, until they release one.
2. Follow up with the HR once in a while, because offer in hand are always convenient and necessary to negotiate CTC.
3. Start attending interviews in other companies.
I had a very bad experience with Nagarro.
After clearing all the rounds, offer wasn't made; stating budget issues.
Never resign without having an offer Letter. Still you're having 90 days of np and it is enough to get you 4-5 more offers 😂
Right decision, resign if you do not like the job. job market is not that bad for a 2 yrs experience developer. If you were able to crack nagaroo, I'm sure u will be able to crack many more companies.
Company can do anything. If position is closed they won't proceed. Someone else might have filli in.
So dont ask why they interview. Hope you are in IT for long time. Did you not go to walk in. Do they select every one?
You shouldn't have resigned until you had offer letter in hand. Anyways try to follow up with Nagarro everyday for updates and start interviews with other companies hope you'll get quick responses as you are serving np.
You will easily get other offers. Don't wait for such thing. Try to give interview as many as possible
Try your luck in other interviews. If nothing id coming through in 2 months, maybe we can extend the notice period for a bit. Don't withdraw the resignation as you already hate the company. Linkedin and naukri is flooded with opportunities, hope you have account in both of that, please make use of it.

Keep serving ur notice period..and wen u have less than a month left, start giving full fledged interviews..The market is crazy for immediate joiners.. U'll b surprised to see the offers.. u might end up saying NO to nagarro if thy ever come back. ;)

Don't worry bro, you cleared Nagarro that means you have potential, wait for the offer meanwhile keep applying for better positions, it's better to spend time in learning and applying than wasting time at TCS, good luck.
Its mean you are in notice period. They will say until yu notice period comes to an end. At the end moment they will consider you so you wont be able to give further interview for another company and also cant negotiate... Keep giving interview...
