Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs).
