Hi all, I need your kind opinion. My wife has received an offer from L.E.K. Consulting and will be joining the Mumbai office in Feb next year. Could you please share insights on the work culture whether is it hybrid, WHF, or WFO? Additionally, does the firm have a policy that allows employees to WFH for a few months while ensuring completion of the requisite office hours later? I understand such flexibility is quite common in the consulting industry.

Please help me to choose the best company based on WLB, Career growth and Job Security.

1) Standard chartered - 20 Lakhs fixed
2) Devon - 21.5 fixed
3) Allstate - 23.5 fixed

I slightly dropped my MacBook and apparently (slightly) damaged the keyboard and trackpad as per service Center.
