Do I disclose to dream firm that I’ve started a new job and if I don’t, are there any consequences or issues I should consider? FTM and every week I feel like I’ve finally “figured it out” and he sleeps throughout the night and then two days later wakes up 3 times (LO is 4 months). I get so discouraged hearing other moms saying their babies sleep through the night at 8 weeks etc. He goes down around 6-630, wakes up again 11ish to eat and then again usually around 4 (give him only 2oz at this point)and is fully awake 6ish am. How do we get him to not wake up the second time? Am I doing something wrong?
