My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

How long does it take to hear back after your final interview for an in house counsel role? I did the final round of interviews for a Bay Area company last Monday and still haven't heard anything. I slightly dropped my MacBook and apparently (slightly) damaged the keyboard and trackpad as per service Center. I don’t see any visible damage to the system but that’s what they say and are charging me about 28k for this even though my system is in warranty period (will complete a year in a few days).
