I’m currently at JP Morgan (CCTC ~45 LPA) and have offers from both CBA and Nasdaq. (CTC same around 70-75 LPA)

Trying to decide between the two based on growth, learning, stability, WLB, and future switch opportunities.

Would appreciate any recent insights from people working there or who have evaluated these offers.
