Any idea what the comp range is for a lvl 4 at BDO

I am 25. How do people handle this quarter life crisis? Feeling lost, stuck in a rut, etc. Scared of the future and of not knowing what and where I could be. Feel like I am just coasting by and life is passing me by as I look on.

Seems like it's gonna be a gloomy, rainy day tomorrow..that means I'm gonna be extra miserable at work. 🙄 #donttalktome

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

Thinking about leaving to industry and wanted to get additional perspective. My reasons are: travel is negatively impacting me physically/mentally and I want more specialized, consistent experience.

My utilization is 90% but all of my clients are small jobs. Does that look worse than someone who works on the larger, higher revenue generating jobs with all else equal (utilization/performance)?

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?
