I heard Amadeus software labs pays 100% vp and has good wlb

I prefer more WLB than salary

Not sure how WLB is TEKsystems Global Services in India

However, the role is for cap mkts /asset securitization and esoteric assets, e.g., auto loans, railroad, etc. I value having some work life balance. I heard the hours in asset securitization / esoteric assets can be awful. The work is very complex / niche. Does this sound about right?
