Good qstn actually....ppl still join even when they know wlb will be poor before joining....but when any one reads this qstn it feels like stupid qstn...but what we prefer is quite opposite. (Most of the ppl not everyone though)

If your job provides you better mental health, then you are lucky. Never lose that.
Both are dependent on each other.
Mental health is more about how you take things to your mind.
So finally, be at a job where you find better peace of mind.
If you have a job then mental health if you don't then job.
