I need a change so badly I’m on the verge of tears almost every day. I’ve invested so much preparing for this career. I know I have so much talent that’s not being utilized. I feel stifled and stuck. I am driven by identifying systems and creative problem solving and also have a background in art & design.

Are there any good networking groups?

I found an Austin young professionals group, but it’s almost entirely realtors and loan people. Which is fine, but I’m looking for more typical networking professionals groups.

I liked the Project management institute, but I’m looking for more. Either General professional, finance, tech, or healthcare focused ones would be ideal.

I’m maxing out my 401K, traditional IRA and HSA this year and paying for some house improvements. I have about $750K total investments and very close to $2M net worth, but realize that I am behind on investments if I want to do FIRE. I was focused on paying off huge chunks of my mortgage and managed to whittle it down to $75K left. Would you suggest I go ahead and pay that off this year? Or pause and do a mega back door roth instead? I’m mid 40s. Thanks!

From the personal experience..if u r attending amazon interviews..pls discuss abt the package and the band prior to interview schedule.. or else it s jus a waste of time... band 4, 5 or whatever should be in the Jd.. don't go with verbal communication... thy ll change the plate quite often
