What steps should I take to become a marketing manager in 4 years? I'm currently a coordinator but I'm very goal-oriented. Determined to achieve this!

How do you think through your career options? Why would want to join consulting ?

Trying to chart my next move and not sure what direction to go. All I know is I’m tired of being always “on” in a client-facing environment.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!
