Do you have a manager who is currently training you or someone you can consider to be a mentor? I would look at their job role or something similar online and look at how you can work on that specific skill sets to become a manager. Also, bring that up in an evaluation meeting with your current supervisor and if they are a good mentor they will take that into consideration and train your and your expressed interest can land your a management job within the company. I recommend you look for the way, what do I mean by this? Seek to modernize aspects of your company show your interest in improving systems and in a short time, you will achieve your goal I assure you.
You'll need to have a few years of experience in the marketing field. You'll also need to have strong leadership and communication skills. How long have you been in marketing for? The faster you climb the corporate ladder, the quicker you'll get there.
