Application Support Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and end-to-end Operational Support, coupled with a strong understanding of ITIL management processes. Proficient in using tools like ServiceNow for ticket management, Splunk for monitoring and log analysis, and SQL for database troubleshooting.

For all of the negativity out there I thought it would be nice to see some of the amazing things happening around us: (I’m in the US so that’s where my examples are from.)

I recently relocated to Ireland with M level. I got to know that compensation is less and it's about 65k Euros for the manager band.
Can someone please let me know how to raise this? How much can we expect an increase in the pay ? rent is about 1700 euros for 2 beds.

What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm. My manager rated me highest in all areas and mentioned she recommended me for promotion but it may not happen until next cycle since there are limited number of promotions to give. I will get a pay increase regardless so I want to negotiate in case I don’t get a “good” increase.

Did anyone here have a professor or mentor that changed their life and got them into this industry?

I have completed ITIL v4 foundation certificate and looking forward to do next certification but unable to decide between ITIL strategist/ Azure Devops/ TOGAF 9.
Current Tech Stack - App support -> SQL/UNIX/ITIL/INCIDENT MANAGEMENT.
