Don’t take less than 100k. It is inflation and 70k was the price like 20 years ago.

Sorry I just realized that you’re title is a paralegal. I can’t speak to that unfortunately.
70k and big law do not go in the same sentence. Pretty sure berry appleman and fragomen both pay over 100k

Where I am everyone gets roughly a 2-5% pay increase, associates and paralegals. It’s to account for increases in costs of living, so I would say that’s a pretty good pay increase.
Not sure what “reasonable” is in this particular instance but potentially somewhere around 5% pay increase and $5-10k bonus. Depending on how well the firm is doing. Just as an aside - this doesn’t sound like a biglaw salary. Our first years are making $170- 200k (city dependent) and we are on the lower end for biglaw.
