I have an offer of 17 LPA ( 16.2 fixed) from HTC global services for Kolkata & one offer from Capco 15 fixed for Pune location.
Might also get an offer from Deloitte 14 fixed remaining variable

Which one should I choose please help me here in deciding which one will be good. ?
