But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Hi All, My sister has done Computer Science engineering Bachelor degree and has 5 years of work experience in India. She is applying for MBA at https://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/programs/mba/full-time-mba/ and https://kelley.iu.edu/programs/full-time-mba/academics/majors-minors/marketing.html. Her overall goal is to get into Software Product management. Any suggestions if any of these MBA’s can open path in the desired space or if she is better of doing an MS in Comp engg. to further develop deeper Technology skills. Thanks

No bonus
My hours are not even close. I would be happy if they give me three months to find a new job.
My firm gives all stubs the pro rated bonus irrespective of hours.

I think ideally you don’t hit hours, frankly, who wants to be super busy for the lousy 2000 bucks after taxes or whatever it is

Even if we “hit hours”, I thought stubs generally don’t get bonuses?

Lol it’s when you just start as an associate, but before you are considered a first year (for payment and bonus purposes).

A lot of firms give stubs pro-rated bonuses regardless (even firms with hours requirements)
No bonus at all for stubs at my firm so couldn’t say.. but to echo others I think the standard for those that do is that they don’t require pro rated hours
Totally depends on your firm. Mine gives no bonus to stubs regardless of hours. Sad when you're a busy stub, but doing the math, it's not much for a pro-rated first year bonus (but I wouldn't say no, haha).

Some firms do - mine does not.
