Salary is £23k
became certified and have made myself 100% dependable.
I work on multiple departments/am trusted with complex cases/complaints/staff training... I've asked for a raise but was told I'm inconsistent (generally) & negative.
I'm at a loss of what to do, I've signed up to more company training but overall my salary is stopping me from doing so many of my goals.

I have been in production for 10 years but all of it has been done through my own production company (which was basically just me)

Should I just list the relevant projects instead of saying I have 10 years experience as a Senior Producer or Executive producer on my resume?

Good amount of BA Directors around 60 or older that I know. Agencies probably aren’t thinking about it but they need to work on the next generation soon. Great time to elevate some Sr level people to Associate Directors.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?
