LOS-Advisory, SBU- 1 Consulting, Management Level- Associate, earning potential- INR 1250000 CTC to INR 1445000 CTC.
During PWC job interview the interviewer mentioned that being recruited for USA client for SAP implementation.
Presently working for Accenture India as an SAP FICO Senior Analyst. Present CTC 1179500. In Accenture working for Indian clients in AMS projects. SAP FICO exp 4.4 year. Accenture WFH. Is it worth to join PWC ?

Anyone move from Jersey city/NJ to NYC? If your office is based out of nyc, but you’ve been living and wfh in NJ, how much more % do you end up paying in city taxes if you move to nyc? Other pros/ cons/ would you recommend moving in your late 20s?

I recently interviewed with DTIC and completed all the rounds and kind of felt it was done linently and kind of confused now if it is good to join? I am from Kolkata and have to relocate to Bangalore for it.

Mine was $16k (minimum wage before joining corporate) > $40k (contractor total before getting laid off) > $150k (current FT)?

Is that a 260% jump or 2.6x from $16k to $40k?
And a 375% jump or 3.75x from $40k to $150k?

Or do I calculate it by hourly rate?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

I started a new job just 7 weeks ago, but an opportunity for a dream job just suddenly and unexpectedly fell into my lap! It’s a lot more money, more aligned with my career goals, and will have better work life balance. I’d be an idiot to not take this great new opportunity! That being said… I’m going to feel bad leaving this new job so soon. I’m sure they’ll be disappointed and maybe even angry… is there any way to NOT burn bridges on my way out of this current job?
