For a writing sample: Is it better to use a motion that you won, or a motion that may reflect better writing/analysis, but that you lost? Does your answer change if the winning motion is more recent than the losing one?

Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
