I love sales and looking to get into tech sales!
I have 7+ years of inside sales experience.
Currently in real estate but want to get into a remote tech sales position.
So far I have tried applying at company pages “career page” but no luck as of yet.
Resume is pretty strong!
Can anyone refer or recommend a recruiter and/or company I should look into?
I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or referrals.

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. New comp for new partner channel I am carving out, I am offered same base but guaranteed 75% quota attainment payout. Is this a fair comp? Would love any constructive thoughts/points on this. What are people's deciding factors between working for a Reseller vs Vendor?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

My concern with this platform has always been how they're engaging in DeFi to make profits with customer funds. That's how they offer things like "no fees on withdrawals" and APY rates above the competition. MATIC is becoming to valuable to risk leaving on this platform.

Security wise though, I think they're great and have no concerns there.
