Im dying at work rn, here’s something for society

In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. All other companies only ask experience certificate only which I have. How to tackle this?EPAM Anywhere EPAM Systems

What is that?
Premenstrual dysphoric disorder. A significantly more severe form of PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome). 7 to 10 days before beginning of menstruation, I experience extreme distress, “dark” thoughts, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, sense of worthlessness, profound fatigue, weight gain, difficulty concentrating, food cravings/binge eating, irritability and mood swings. Every single month 😅 Some being worse than others, and even if I know what is happening, my brain just refuses to produce the adequate amount of serotonin to allow me to enjoy even the activities I normally adore.
I track my cycles thoroughly and have learned to manage my emotions by either jotting down my thoughts or just holding my tongue until I’ve “had time to think through them” aka until after I start my period. If I’m still feeling the same way or having the same impulsive thoughts then I start putting plans into place for resolution.
I’ve done intermittent dosing of SSRIs in the past but I’m also autistic and very sensitive to any chemical changes so if I’m on them full time, I just go into full blown depression. Nowadays, I just focus on my time management, managing my emotions, and regulating my impulsivity. I also go to therapy like once a week or every other week to have a b*tch fit to get it out of my system so I can move on.
My management team including myself is also two other women and we’re all three about the same age so we’ve learned how to give each other grace. Unfortunately all of our cycles are pretty synchronized which means we’re all usually in a mood at the same time but that also means we’re all usually high-energy and motivated at the same time which creates great results.
