I would like to know recruitment process or how they shortlisting application in cognizant. I have applied for suitable role and have applied within 24 hrs. I cross checked my resume with JD, it shows 80 - 85% of ATS. I have applied it one last month, but still I didn't receive any call or email regarding my resume. Anyone can help me on this?

Hi All,I got an offer in JP Morgan for VP- Software engineering. I am currently in SCB Business team - VP, they are ready to create a role on what I want to work in Technology team and and give same compensation.

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
YOE ~8
Skill set : . Net full stack + Angular + Azure

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

Can we claim HRA tax exemption without agreement copy and claim deduction in Cognizant?

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.

I am not sure whom to reach out to for any query and to some people whom reached they don't respond with any answer .

What can I do to get a working project as i don't want to sit idle?
