I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

DL Teachers: I am curious to know how many of you physically workout with your students or just put on workout video? I am 1 of 4 PE teachers at my sight and I am the only one who works out with my students. The other 3 put on videos and watch the kids workout to it. I can’t be the only one...

How is locker room supervision handled at your school during the day?

Any suggestions…. My Phys Ed Colleagues want to work out during class. We team teach. So could be 2-3 classes together. For example … walking to get steps (rings) , doing squats or even jogging all while the students are playing a game. I think it looks weird (especially the squats ) do I ignore or say something ?
