Can anyone help me know if I can get promoted to consultant in next cycle. I became sAcon in July 2024 and have been member of platinum club from last 3 years my rating and performance evrything is good. Does that make me eligible for jl5 promotion.if not what I can do to get faster promotion

Is negotiating offers the norm now? I’ve been at my company awhile and at the time I was hired they said they don’t do negotiations, take it or leave it and they’d offer the next person. I do believe we renegotiate now, however I’m not sure if it’s the rule, the exception, or somewhere in the middle?
