I got an offer from Epam for Senior Software engineer A3 what level it is and tech stack is AI but why they gave me SWE?? When I ask HR they said it's just a title and your Unit will be AI only? But nothing is mentioned in the offer?? Please people help me understand

Company x offered me 9 LPA
Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Recommendations on an exceptional career coach who can help my husband? Should I start by building a network in my home country and ask them if they can put me in touch with someone in my target location?
