27 F. Work as 1st year associate in Big Law NYC. Base salary $215k, bonus is ~$10k (lowballing), student loans are $150k, total savings are about $100k. 0 family money and will likely be supporting parents long term. Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health). New to US. Which brokers offer best margin accounts? For e.g. I have equities worth $100K and want to trade options. Is there a broker where I can do so without paying more in collateral money - essentially using stocks as collateral, and also not paying margin interest. Was able to do so in London, Hong Kong, and India. However, Robinhood here doesn’t seem to allow it.

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? For example, typically I would probably only be approved for a $500k loan ($125k comp and $100k for down payment), but if I’m buying a multi-family home and planning to live in a unit and rent the others, will lenders approve a bigger loan?
