I am currently very confused. I have graduated from one of NITs in computer Science in 2021 . Currently I am still in my first company that I got placed in college. No switch in 4 years

My tech stack is Java,spring boot (backend), and even after 4 years, still stuck with 16 Ipa, whereas my friends from college easily crossed 30 Ipa now.

So, i guess I'm doing bad with my career. Need your suggestions, what should the strategy for switch, which company should I choose

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

PS. I am not happy with growth prospects in the current project in Walmart.

Quick question - I have an offer from Accenture consulting. I am on dependant visa here in US. What happens in case my extension gets denied? Is Accenture flexible to support my relocation to my home country . Accenture does have a presence there.

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email.
