• Experience: 6.2 years
• Tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GCP, AWS

I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.

Finally, what do you guys think about the pay package, should I be targetting a higher pay package?
