Chubb ( Product based company) - 22.2 LPA + 8 % Variable

YOE - 5.7
CCTC- 15.5 LPA Fixed + 0-20 % Variable
Infosys KPMG Chubb

What would you prefer:

Job 1: 85k at small boutique firm (3 attorneys). Standard benefits but no 401k. Semi-annual raises. No billable hour requirement and regular 40 hour week. Being groomed to be a partner on a 2-3 year track.

Job 2: 135k at large regional firm (200 attorneys) good benefits. 1900 billable hours requirement. Partner track is 6-8 years but not guaranteed.

Both located in a MCOL area

Is Tesla still worth it?

I have about $60k sitting in a savings account that I need to invest. I already max out my Roth IRA, Roth 401K, and HSA every year. I’ve been nervous to invest it because I can’t decide if I should stick to ETFs or invest in something more risky. Any suggestions on potentially good investments?

I have $100K liquid cash over and above maxing out 401K, HSA, College fund, investments in Index funds and emergency fund. I plan to leave $25K for contingency. Of the $75K is it wise if I purchase I bonds worth $30K (myself, spouse, kid)? Current combined rate is 9.62 Does anyone foresee the interest rate drastically reducing? I don’t intend to cash them out before 5 years.

My BGV is in progress for JPMC. I got mail to upload experience/relieving letter. I still didn’t get the relieving letter from my previous company. Shall I upload resignation acceptance letter for this?

How long do Citi background checks take? Do they send you an application once you sign the offer?

Anyone have lemonade pet insurance? I’m confused by it, it says if I pay 18ish a month more, it covers vaccines, heart worm test, blood test etc but only up to a certain amount. So is it not 80% of my bill? Is another insurance company easier haha
