I received an offer from Cognizant, but I'm unable to access the onboarding portal because my Microsoft account is locked. I've tried the Microsoft account recovery process multiple times and have already informed HR.

Has anyone faced a similar issue during onboarding? Is there any alternative way to upload documents or complete onboarding until the account issue is resolved?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

Skill set : . Net full stack + Angular + Azure

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.
