I recently had a F2F interview and cleared both technical and manager round and was waiting for HR round .Thereby I was told that it would be conducted telephonically on monday and I returned back now it’s been two weeks and there haven’t been any update , when I emailed the HR it was told that they are waiting for CTC approval. Will I be handed in the offer letter or how long will it take to?

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
Also is travel needed for Consultant designation?
In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.

I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

PS: My manager has left the organisation and I am the sole person from UST in my project.
