I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
