Hello! I recently applied for a Travel Procurement Senior Manager role at PwC (role is in NYC and I’m not NYC-based but I believe certain roles can be primarily remote). I have 5+ years of experience in this field and the description/company culture seem like a perfect match to what I’m looking for. Are there any fish from PwC and/or their talent acquisition team that can provide a reference post-submission and insight on the hiring process? Thanks!!

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

UST as an organisation is good. In my experience Managers and leadership is also cool. Wlb depends on the project and manager. If both are good, you can complete your work in time and learn also, if both are bad.. then have to attend very late night calls. 12pm 1am or very early morning calls and work on holidays also. This kind of happens rarely though, but still depends. HR benefits are not that great. Once in a year or so our team used to have outings, apart from that no team parties or no special gifts or anything. Onsite can be quicker, but again you need to have a good rapport and reputation.
How many days they took for having your hr round?
No calls yet what does that mean
