Skills: SQL (intermediate), Python (basic). Targeting a switch in 4–6 months.

Which path would suit my background better, and how is the demand in 2026?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). How is C3A role different from C3B in TCS.

I have been offered role of C3A for 10.5 years experience.
