Hi all need suggestions and guidance
I am into manual testing 5 years alongside i have learnt selenium and frameworks
As soon as I apply to any automation testing job i clear interviews where therotical concepts of automation are asked but as soon as their is coding round or questions i get blank even though i have tried hard to implement logics or to practice programming.Obviously i want to move from manual but somehow i know I can’t do coding.Kindly help with anyother path.Newco Tata Consultancy IBM Tata Consultancy Tata Consultancy

I empathise with the nerves & how you’re feeling.
I encourage you to give them a bit more time before shooting another email out, especially given that a long weekend just passed and some people might still be on leave. That and you did email them before the long weekend started.
I would wait until Friday to send a follow-up email. Although it may be incredibly tough to wait, stalling for a few more days is probably your best bet.
Give it a little more time. It could be that they're doing background checks/ref checks, etc. That can take some time.
Hope you get the outcome you are hoping for. I noticed your title says physician. What kinds of pharma roles are you applying for? And are you a graduate of a medical school outside Canada?
This seems to be typical of companies now. Try and be patient. I work for Bayer and applied for a position within Bayer in February. I emailed the hiring manager and they said they would update me with a response soon. I emailed again and didn’t receive a response back. The position is still open within the company portal.
