Whats the current processing time for H1B renewal. Is premium processing enabled ?

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. I am trying to do my best even with very little direction and this supervisor constantly harassing my about things like her not being able to use google meet or to remember passwords. I feel bullied and very anxious. I am afraid she can jeopardize my visa with a bad evaluation. I have been working at midnight, on Sunday mornings but I am human, I make mistakes, she just blames me instead of teaching.

I have a client (employer) that wishes to hire a worker that is currently in an H2B visa. Two questions: 1. Do I use the same 9142B to apply for the change of employer, and 2) because it is a change and extension (he is on year 2) it won’t count against the quota?

Canada PR vs USA H1B visa. I am on H1B in USA with a good job and I have a Canada PR which I thought of using to get more stability in life but as I am running out of time on Canada PR it’s making me anxious if I should stay in the USA or move to Canada. So many work updates from other folks in these five weeks moving in and out while I am unable to share an update with my folks or celebrate in anticipation of the final approval of the petition. Dad passed away 2 months ago. I traveled to India and stayed for 2 months, dealt with significant red tape to close his cards, loans, transfer pensions, etc. A succession certificate is WIP for one of his accounts, so mom decided to stay back until it’s done.
