Im currently a part time uni student and ive been working for full time for 2yrs as a Business Analyst at the same company.
Ive never really felt contented with my current job and its taking a toll on my mental health especially with the stagnant pay and i just feel empty.
Thinking of doing a career switch to being a school counsellor as i enjoy listening to people and genuinely want to help someone. Any counsellors here can share your work experience? Hows it like daily?

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Currently a Investment Consiltant at WFA making $62k with a $7k bonus. Both are in office positions in SLC, UT. TIA

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.
