A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night. And this is sudden change. As per him same had happened with one of his colleagues too. Anybody here has any idea about it ? Can he speak up and object to working over time and on weekends ?

Any United health group remote employees here? I recently accepted an accounting job and some of the onboard makes it seem like I’m only allowed to work from my home office. Art Directors. How protective are you of your references and resources? I have a folder with lot’s of textures, mockups that I’ve spent time building. I even paid for some of those assets. So I always get a lot of compliments on my comps and decks. Sometimes someone ask for my files and I really don’t want to since I put so much effort on that. But I also feel bad being gatekeeper of things.

We have a creative dir that’s struggling to define our process in a way that can drive new revenue and help customers think through their design challenges. What’s your favorite process or framework?
