I'm working in Tech Mahindra under the BPS division . I’m planning to resign on June 6, 2025, but I already have approved leave on the portal from June 6 to June 13.

If I resign on June 6 while on approved leave, will my 60-day notice period start from June 6 or June 14?

Has anyone in BPS faced a similar case where notice period overlapped with approved leave? Was your LWD affected?

I just want to ensure I can finish my notice period by August 5, before my personal plans.

Hi! Recently discussed an associate graphic designer role with a recruiter. Is it reasonable to expect an 85k base in NYC? Am I underselling myself? I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Hi, I am selected for the Content Developer role in TechM, but they are just offering me a 30% hike and I even need to shift to Pune. Is it good or are there other ways to increase the offer? HR told me that this salary is auto generated from the system and can't be increased.
