Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .

Why too many people leaving FIS ?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.

Let me clarify to all. If you want a work life balance, want technical growth and stress free life, do not join FIS specially the Code-Connect project. No one told me this, but I don't want anyone else to face the same thing.

Perfectly right! I quit FIS after working for 2 months. There is no professionalism. Work ethics are old fashioned. Manager can initiate call anytime without sharing agenda of a call and that goes upto 4-5 hours(2 time in a day) Super irritating. No scope for growth. Monotonous work.
Hey I am currently in my probation period at FIS and would like to resign but the notice period provided is of 75 days. so do I need to serve entire 75 days or maybe shorter. as I was hoping for a shorter period

Don't know , but I heared earlier good things on Glassdoor but after joining nothing like product based . All the bad comments and posts are true and same experienced . On notice within 4 months of joining.

Never heard a single positive review about them here. Everyone has faced the same negativity there. So just a humble advice to everyone. Stay away from this unethical workplace. Its worst than you can ever think of.

The serving period will be less if you resigned on probation period,only 1 month.
If quitting- just resigned,server notice period,get your hands dirty on giving max interviews and grab a good opportunity and make your future better than this place.
