Need your opinion on this.
I first had an offer from Accenture (ctc =12lpa) of 10 fixed + 2 variable + 90k JB
And FIS (ctc=13lpa) of 11.36 fixed + 1.36 VP and no JB.
Of the two I was keen to join FIS. But now Accenture has increased their offer to 12.5 fixed+ 2.62 VP +2.5L JB. Total ctc is 15.12lpa
If discuss with FIS HR, will they revise their initial offer?

Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global but there are some issues with the laptop that I have received. It shall be replaced now. Because of this I haven't been able to update my salary account details in workday yet. I received a mail yesterday that it should be done before 13.05.2022.
Can anyone please share the contact details of the support team who can help me in this case?

I am not satisfy with the project tech stack and project itself in FIS Global . I recently joined in mid February and thinking to resign now.
If I give resign and serve notice period of 1 month as per the mentioned in appointment letter then FIS Global will give me the Relieving letter or not ???
I am so worried to take relieving letter that FIS will give or not as I didn't start actual work and since 1.5 months only just getting KT trainings on product.

Let me clarify to all. If you want a work life balance, want technical growth and stress free life, do not join FIS specially the Code-Connect project. No one told me this, but I don't want anyone else to face the same thing.
Wow!! I am part of the Code Connect project too and i understand what you just said. But what exactly was your tech and issue.
Perfectly right! I quit FIS after working for 2 months. There is no professionalism. Work ethics are old fashioned. Manager can initiate call anytime without sharing agenda of a call and that goes upto 4-5 hours(2 time in a day) Super irritating. No scope for growth. Monotonous work.
Hey I am currently in my probation period at FIS and would like to resign but the notice period provided is of 75 days. so do I need to serve entire 75 days or maybe shorter. as I was hoping for a shorter period

Don't know , but I heared earlier good things on Glassdoor but after joining nothing like product based . All the bad comments and posts are true and same experienced . On notice within 4 months of joining.

Never heard a single positive review about them here. Everyone has faced the same negativity there. So just a humble advice to everyone. Stay away from this unethical workplace. Its worst than you can ever think of.

Also, can you please tell me what is the process for leaving during probation period?
The serving period will be less if you resigned on probation period,only 1 month.
If quitting- just resigned,server notice period,get your hands dirty on giving max interviews and grab a good opportunity and make your future better than this place.

Do I need to send separate resignation mail to Manager ?
I didn't get any notification/confirmation after applying in workday.
Please let me know, how do I know resignation is accepted .
