My CCTC ₹19 LPA fixed. My monthly EPF deduction is only ₹1,800 so I'm trying to plan my finances better.

-Should I stay with new tax regime or switch to old tax regime?
-Is it worth opting for VPF? If yes, how much do I contribute every month?
-Does NPS works for new regime?
-What investment strategy has worked well for me to reduce income tax and also build long-term wealth (VPF, NPS, etc.)?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
