I am interested in exploring other opportunities as I know there are a lot out there, but is anyone else worried about the current economic state? Hi all! I’m new! I started the year off planning to save for a home for myself, then rates skyrocketed. So we’re holding off. Fast forward to the final quarter of the year and we were presented with the idea of a residential assisted living facility. The problem there is we’d still need to acquire property in order to run one. The only difference is the RAL would be a business and is already registered as such. I am done with all of my rounds at deloitte india. In final round director told me that he will be sharing the feedback with senior manager and HR. It's been more than 1 week, I have reached back HR and she told asked me to give them 1 more week's time.

I don't know why the delay is there if they are having requirements and I'm done with all the rounds. Does that mean I'm rejected or what??

I interviewed for Deloitte USI for Consultant role. Received pre-hire survey mail and filled all the details. HR called to discuss regarding the salary and told My role has been changed to Analyst- Full Stack Java Developer. I have counter offer of 11LPA and he said he couldn’t give me more than 10 LPA that will also be too much. I asked him to give me time to think and asked to mail him for further discussion.
