I do like what I’m doing right now but is it still worth it to do a full-time higher studies or is there any part time courses I can move to? If Yes, can you please suggest?

Hi, can someone help me understand what's the salary range for a UiPath business/process analyst with 5 yrs of experience in UiPath and overall 10 years of experience in Toronto, Ontario?

I am a Senior Manager of Software Engineering and lead architect at a small company (was a startup with < 10 employees when I joined, now has > 50). I am the most senior technical person in the company (we don't have a CTO, I report to the COO), even though I only have 4.5 YOE. By God's grace I have been able to succeed in the role, but feel that I am underpaid and would like your input.

I have been looking for job change and when I speak to HR's with the expectations of around 25 LPA fixed( my current salary is 15 LPA)... Most of the companies are directly rejecting my profile saying budget issue...

At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
