Thinking to spend close to 5 to 8 years with KPMG Global Services only. I have completed 1 year with KGS and noted that it is way difficult to prepare for the Interview, give it and if not selected, taking rejection is very hard. Overall company has been treating me well (much better than other Big4) and I think KGS is giving decent hikes and hence don’t wish to switch for atleast 5 to 8 years. Please do tell your reviews. Just that, I hate Building 5 at Gurugram office that irks me

Really confused which one to join as Nagarro has a pros of work from anywhere while Capgemini will work on hybrid model. Can anyone please help me in giving some insights .

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

I work for a late stage(ipo) start up, earlier this year we were acquired & since then they got rid of our yearly bonuses and gave us an ESOP grant.
2 RIFs later we are almost bare bones. Since we are coming up on our usual yearly evaluations many of us assumed (with multiple conversation from our managers) that pay raises and promotions were due.
In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?

Optum - 16 Fixed + 15% variable + pf (offer letter is not received yet)

LTIMindtree: 11 LPA Fixed only(can revise the offer based on the latest offer)

I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. Can you please suggest will KPMG be worth joining as a cloud and DevOps Engineer ? Is there a chance of relocation later since now there was an opening just for the Pune location?
