I had the same situation but unfortunately I had a road phobia. My suggestion would be to go for only an automatic car if you want to learn to drive soon.
You can buy some second hand kia … my friend recently got one and it is great.. costed 8l … its in great shape… he got it in spinny..
Regular car is better to learn anyday as automatic ones come with many caveats

Buy from spinny. Second hand car automatic top end. You will get upto two year old entry level suv run upto 20 to 30k km in 8 to 10 lax which is great buy
OR
Buy new mid version hatchbacks like tata altroz. Both these types of cars will run smooth for first 5 years and can last upto 8 to 10 years given you service them well.
