Not bad.
covid sick time 80 hrs for testing, illness, or caring for a family member who is ill, which is a seperate bucket from regular sick time
Yeah that's really great - hope more companies do this
Covid relief plan: up to 80 hours for the following:
- Time to seek medical care of diagnosis related to Covid
- Attending appointment to receive Covid vax
- Experiencing symptoms from Covid vax
- Caring for a family member with Covid
- Providing child care or elder care for a family member due to a facility closure or cancellation due to Covid 19
- Unable to perform work duties for any other Covid related reasons
Awesome, same with my company. We’re permanently remote. We currently done have any covid policy in place that is separate from sick and pto. We have 6 sick days, 12 holidays and about 2-3 weeks vacation depending on tenure. California has a covid policy in place until last October. It’s great to understand what others are doing. Thanks!

My company has been excellent through the entire pandemic. Work from home was implemented quickly and there hasn't been any mandate to come back to the office. We have open PTO so if you need time off, especially for COVID related things, there isn't a problem. Materials like masks, sanitizer, wipes, 'button pushers', etc. are available for free in the office. Covid tests are reimbursable if you need to come into the office or if traveling for business.
Same. Mine has been great.
Ours is similar to SE1. I wish it was like the other two respondents. Those are really generous policies.
Agreed
