Hi Everyone. Wondering if it is worth it to take my SOCRA exam. I am currently working as a CRA and it isn't required for the position I currently have. However my husband is military and we move a lot. I have taken the exam twice now (but it was during a hectic time, a move, death of family member, etc) and I failed both times by 2 points. I can pay the $200 and try again now that things have settled, or just be done with it. Are there lots of positions that require it??

Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
