My original Date of Joining was 3rd November, for which I had requested an extension. The extension was approved, and I gave my availability to join Infosys from 1st January onwards.
However, I haven’t received my revised offer letter or updated DOJ yet.
For those who’ve been in a similar situation:
How long does Infosys usually take to release the revised offer letter after an extension?
Can I expect the joining date near around or does it usually get pushed further?

Just got the shaft on a regular component to the clients business, how can I handle next steps?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
