Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Flew out the morning of a big client pitch instead of the night before. Massive storm delayed my flight and I missed the meeting. Lesson learned fam- always fly out the night before!

Fed up with my current tech stack now project want on call support over weekend. no one knows project. No one is supporting.

Somehow given interview in EY and selected. HR ask me CTC, NP and expected CTC. I told 20% and 60 days NP. She said, will check with business and get back to me.
It's been 3 days no response, when I called her today she didn't pick. Is it normal in EY?

Intl Tax folks, how long did it take before you were confident in your role? I've worked for the past 3 years in a practice that is heavily consulting based (inbound and outbound structuring) and I feel like I'm only just starting to understand the foundational concepts (where I can explain them clearly to clients) and offering a shred of value. Then I'll have calls where partners discuss complex tax, legal, treasury and other related concepts that all go over my head.. it becomes overwhelming
