Hi Fishes,Need a suggestion.I am working in TCS as a project lead and currently serving notice period.I streamlined this project by working 14-16 hrs on daily basis.Initially I was assigned a fresher to groom and get project ready and also a 4-5 yrs experienced girl was hired. This girl never did work properly took lots of leaves and never completed work. Me and my manager had meetings with her but she only said she is weak in skillsets and not feeling confident.
