Can anyone help me out about TCS. I have been selected in a walk-in interview held on 20th April, got mail for my documents. How much time it will take to verify them as some of my friends who got selected with me got the offer letter and some had their HR discussion but I haven't got any.Tata Consultancy please let me know if there any thing else.

I’m a 3L applying in NYC for post grad employment. Which plaintiffs PI/Med firms have the best opportunities for a junior? Everything I find, including my past summer job, is a small shop with 3 partners max and a handful of established associates. I would really like plaintiffs side.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

Want some feedback for Employees Assistant Program (EAP) by Capgemini which provides facilities to connect with Therapist.
Actually I am going through some tough times(going through a divorce), want to connect to EAP to discuss my mental health issues.
I had connected once and they say that the conversations are strictly confidential.
Just wanted to know do they really keeps stuff confidential or can they inform my Manager regarding the personal conversations.
