I know this question may sound dumb but How do you quit? See, if I didn’t like my supervising partner, I would not care. I would just submit my two-week notice but I truly like my supervising partner and I know quitting will be a shock and disappointment to her. I recently relocated to Ireland with M level. I got to know that compensation is less and it's about 65k Euros for the manager band.
